Crème Caramel Pecans® are as decadent as they are satisfying. A cousin to our award-winning Crème Brûlée Almonds®, these pecans are flash-roasted to bring out their naturally sweet flavor. Layered with a firm (yet soft) caramel coating and allowed to cool so the flavors retain their individual characteristics, these pecans taste like a miniature version of their namesake dessert - Crème Caramel.
Please note that during the spring and summer months the pecans are likely to stick together due to temperature and humidity variations. This is intentional as the recipe calls for a stickier texture and it is perfectly normal.
