Meyer Private Reserve Cashews are
imported, slow-roasted and lightly salted to bring out the natural sweetness found exclusively in these
nuts. This very specific roast yields a product that is similar to how prime beef is served - seared
momentarily to lock in the flavor and roasted slowly to a medium rare finish. At one time custom roasted
and reserved only for the Meyer family, the cashews are finally released for the rest of the world to
enjoy.
