FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • I thought I already registered...so why must I do so again?

    We recently redesigned our website with improved functionality and, unfortunately, doing so required we delete our customer database. We apologize, but the inconvenience should definitely be worth it.

  • How do I include a gift message?

    When you get to your shopping cart, look for the gift tag icon with "GIFT MESSAGE" next to it.  Simply click "add" and a popup will appear.  We are available if you need more assistance. Click HERE for an example of what to look for on the page.

  • Are you products certified Kosher?

    All of our Southern Style Nuts products are indeed OU or OU-D Kosher!  We are in the process of switching out the packaging to include the Kosher marks, but until that time please see the attached letter from the Orthodox Union. 

  • How can I send to a list of people?

    There are a few ways this can be done.  First, you can simply call us directly and we can assist.  Next, you could email your list to us at sales@squirrelbrand.com.  Finally, you could select all of the items you want (e.g. 20 Creme Brulee Almonds) and select "Checkout with Multiple Addresses" when ready to pay for the order.  Prior to doing so you can include a gift message (see above) if preferred. 

  • How long does it take UPS to deliver a package?

    Click here to view a UPS estimated delivery map.   Please note the transit time starts once the package is shipped and orders are usually shipped before 2PM Central time M-F.  However, during the busy season (December) it can take up to 10 days to process an order due to increased demand.

  • UPS does not recognize my address. Now what?

    Our system is linked directly to UPS and addresses are checked in real-time so to provide you with the best and most up to date rates. In most cases UPS will suggest an edited address, but in order to see this your browser must have pop-up windows enabled. Once you enable the pop-ups, and if you are still having problems, please contact us.

  • How can I expedite shipping?

    Shipping may be expedited during the checkout process. Please note orders are shipped on a first-in-first-out basis, which means we will expedite shipping once the order has been filled.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders are usually shipped within 48-hours, depending on time of year and product availability. During December and other busy times, orders may take up to one week to process and ship, although we do our best to beat that estimate.

  • How are orders shipped?

    All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service unless specified otherwise during the checkout process.

  • Can I ship to HI or AK online?

    Yes.

  • What is the deadline for orders to be shipped the same day?

    If the product is in stock, orders must be received by noon CST Monday-Friday. Orders received after that time will be processed the next business day, except during December, where orders may be shipped up to one week after they are placed.

  • Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

    Yes, but you must contact us directly to place an order for all shipments outside of the U.S. because shipping rates need to be calculated at the time of purchase.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes at this time. However, you must contact us directly to place an order for all shipments going to PO Boxes. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of purchase.

  • Do you have a fax number?
